Cream of organic milk
Our cream originates from the organic dairy of the Albin family in Lumbrein, a contemporary family business, where the farmers deliver the fresh BIO milk twice a day. Throughout the summer, the lumbreiner cows are on the alp Staviala vedra (2000 m above sea level).

Cocoa Finca Amistad
Our organically grown cocoa is fair trade. We source the cocoa directly from the Finca La Amistad in Costa Rica, which is managed by the Swiss Brugger family in a sustainable way (www.finca-amistad.com).

The genuine, unique chocolate flavor gets the Grison chocolate from the best Swiss chocolatiers, which work the cocoa beans gently and thus bring the individual flavors to effect.
